(Up to 270mm Dia.) Usinage Disque – Comau

Machining of 2000 (approx) finished brake discs per 8 hour shift using 3x Operators

• Transfer machining line by Comau, Clement, Hafroy etc. with Siemens & Wohrle Control. Inc: Comau transfer machine with toolchanger and Siemens Sinumeric control. Comau Transfer machine, manual tool change and Wohrle control

• Equipment dating from 1980 - 2004

• Footprint (Approx): 15m x 44m

Main features include:

Magnetic robot loader, Check, position and demagnetise. Size identification, Comau 1 machining, Stacking carousel, Comau 2 machining, Stacking carousel, Multi-drilling, Final Facing, Hafroy wash and anti-rust. Final inspection.
