Rear Axle Support Bracket Machining Line
• Machining of finished pairs of rear axle support brackets per 8 hour shift using 2x Operators
• CNC machining line by Alfing with ABB robot load and Siemens Sinumeric (Alfing) CNC control
• Equipment dating from 2002 - 2003
• Footprint (Approx): 15m x 15m

Main features include:
4x Alfing 2-Spindler CNC horizontal twin spindle machining centres with swivel tables, Renishaw detection and Siemens Sunumeric control.
2x ABB load / unload robots with CNC control. Hafroy wash unit.
