DANLY 5 PRESS TRANSER LINE with 7x COMAU TRANSFER ROBOTS
COMPRISING OF 1x Double action 400 (& 200) Ton mechanical press & 4x 200 Ton single action mechanical press.
2200mm between columns, Sick 30-FGS infrared light guards & Magelis CNC control.
The Danly line was installed in 1969, upgraded between 2000 and 2003 with 40x12m foot print (approx), sound proof casing (2003), Magelis CNC control (2003) and Comau robot transfer system. Also includes a twin loading station, pressure overload protection, tool loading saddles & a finished item conveyer.
