Description

Wartsilla Roll Wrapline with 6 Backstands 1100–2500mm (Max Dia.1524mm & Width 2200mm wound at the mill). Capacity circa 40 reels per hr. With Siemens PLC control. Floor mounted conveyors feeds, laser bar code reader, in line roll lift table, five station shaftless unwind facility, hot melt edge gluing system (2008), reel end auto robot and ABB label robot (2007). Other conveyors, roll pushers, turntables, off load & lowering units are available. Installed in the 1980’s with regular upgrades and maintainance.
