• Assembles 550 (approx) left and right hand pairs per 8 hour shift using 4x Operators

• Most of Line manufactured by Polymatic (SA) with Siemens Coros OP15 control

• Equipment dating from 1996 - 2003

• Footprint (Approx): 15m x 25m

Main features include:
Manual Loading, Load bushes (front and rear), 1 pallet storage for inspection, Validity checking, Electric pressing of bushes, Grease cap and fir to ball joint, Fit ball joint to arm, Inspection and cap crimping, Turnover fixture, Grease and spring-clip rubber cap to ball joint, Ink mark identification, Manual unload and inspect
